Please email us. We need at least the following information:

your name
company name and type, and your position/function
address, including email and if applicable website/ftp
photo usage:

editorial, advertising or internet?
name, type and circulation number of publication
position and size of photo in publication
time limits which applies

photo reference name found by the photo
preferred photo format (electronic/file format, print specs, etc)
preferred method for delivery (ftp upload, download, DHL, etc)

In general, the more precise information we have, the better quotes we may give...
